Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Booking the space will require 50% of the rental cost as the deposit plus a cleaning fee of $50. The deposit holds the space, and final payment is expected 3 weeks in advance and is fully refundable with two weeks notice minus a cancellation fee of $50. A written request is required for cancellations between a week and 48hrs of the booking and the deposit will not be returned.
